Refund policy

At Evolvee, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do offer size exchanges within a limited time frame if the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Size Exchange Guidelines:

Eligible Items: Only unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
 Time Frame: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
 Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our support team at evolveehq@protonmail.com with your order number and exchange request.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days.

  3. Exchanges are subject to availability—if your desired size is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

❌ Final sale items (if applicable)
❌ Worn, washed, or damaged items
❌ Items without original tags/packaging

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Email evolveehq@protonmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) for exchange

    • Reason for exchange

  2. Follow the return instructions provided.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or notify you if unavailable.

Note: Evolvee is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and to contact Carrier company to find out information on lost or delayed package.
