Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually, and each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped + the tracking number.
Please check your spam/promotions folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.
All products are ready to ship unless it has the phrase "(pre-order)" next to it.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. For international customers interested in our products, please stay tuned for updates on international shipping options.

How does " MADE TO ORDER " work?

Production for bulk order will start once pre-orders start
After we receive our materials we will star production on made orders ( no stock will be held )
After we have shipped the items from our warehouse, the customer will be provided with a tracking number and dependent on the customer's location, shipping takes (3-7 days).

Payment

We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other online payment methods. Payments are processed securely through Shopify, ensuring a safe and reliable transaction.

Return Policy

At Evolve, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We currently do not accept returns. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at admin@evolveehq.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Cancellations and Order Modifications
